We had a productive conversation with the Case Management team at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center this week.
Together, we explored collaborative approaches to better support patients in addiction recovery who also have skilled medical needs.
Discussions like these strengthen our shared commitment to a more coordinated, patient-centered continuum of care.
We value every opportunity to connect with fellow healthcare professionals to share insights and work together to create better outcomes for those we serve.

We had some very special visitors today! 🐾
Our thoughtful nurse Tim brought in his two friendly dogs and they absolutely made our residents' day. From wagging tails to warm smiles, it was a visit full of joy, comfort, and plenty of cuddles. 💛
